CONSTRUCTION DETAILS
Mortuary Chamber is a double walled unit. Outer body of the unit is constructed out of thick Mild Steel Sheet/ PCRC sheet/Galvanized Iron steel sheets duly pre-treated with primers for rust proofing and painted with long lasting powder coating paint/Hammer tone. The inner chamber is made of heavy gauge Satin finish corrosion resistant Stainless Steel sheet/Galvanized Iron Sheet. The gap between the walls is filled with high grade mineral glass wool/PUFF Insulated which ensures maximum thermal efficiency in the Mortuary Chambers.Front double walled Insulated door is made of mild steel sheet with inside of stainless steel & is lined with Quality magnetic gasket. Provided with lock and key arrangement.
SHELVES/TRAYS
For easy movement, trays are provided to carry out dead bodies with handle at both the ends & travel on rollers are fitted with ball bearings.
DOOR
Front opening, hinged insulated door lined with magnetic gasket is provided complete with handle & lock arrangement.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL
COOLING (ECO FRIENDLY CFC FREE REFRIGERANT)
An energy efficient cooling unit using hermetically sealed powerful compressor is installed in the Mortuary Chamber. We use high end CFC free Quality compressors conforming to latest international standards and guidelines. The entire refrigeration system is housed at the bottom for easy maintenance.
TEMPERATURE RANGE & SENSITIVITY
Temperature of 2°C to 5°C is maintained by hermetically sealed compressor unit and is controlled by Solid State Electronic Digital Temperature Controller Cum Indicator. Hermetically sealed high performance compressor works efficiently to lower the inside chamber temperature.
FRONT CONTROL PANEL
Front Control panel of our units comprises of on/off switches ,cooling and mains indicator lamps, temperature controller. Suitable to operate on 220/230 Volts, 50 Hertz, AC supply.
