This equipment is provided with two separate chambers, the bottom chamber functions as Bacteriological Incubator and the upper chamber/top chamber functions as oven. Both the chambers are incorporated with separate control modules.
PRODUCT APPRAISAL/APPLICATION
Combined Incubator & Ovens are elegantly designed and fabricated to facilitate operation in the laboratories & for various applications in ever-growing field of Medical, Agricultural and Industrial Research, for day to day heating, drying, sterilizing, etc in Laboratories, Hospitals & Industries.
BASIC CONSTRUCTION (INCUBATOR & OVEN COMBINED)
Incubator & oven combined unit is a double walled convection heated unit. Outer Chamber/body is fabricated out of thick Mild Steel Sheet/PCRC sheet duly pre-treated with primers for rust proofing & and durably powder coated. The inner chamber is made of heavy gauge high Grade Stainless Steel sheet or Aluminum. The gap between the walls is filled with special grade mineral glass wool, which ensures maximum thermal efficiency. Inner chamber of our Hot Air Oven/Incubator combined is incorporated with ribs for placing the shelves or trays at convenient levels. Door is lined with quality Gasket & is provided with the best Handle. In Bottom Incubators, front double walled door is insulated & & is incorporated with a Glass window so as to view the specimen without disturbing the Inner chamber conditions. Air Ventilators are placed near the top of the both sides to remove hot gases and fumes if any in both the units. Both the unit are provided with One/Two Stainless steel Wire Mesh shelves/Aluminum shelves depending upon the size of the Inner Chamber. Both the chambers are incorporated with separate control modules. Panel consists of Built in L-shape thermometer, pilot lamps and on-off switch.
HEATING ELEMENTS
Heating elements are made of high quality nickel/chrome plated ni-chrome wire which are put inside beads or porcelain cups and placed at the bottom and in both the side ribs for uniform temperature all over the inner working area. The warm air is evenly distributed throughout the chamber through efficient motor fan (optional) ensuring very good temperature sensitivity.
TEMPERATURE RANGE (OVEN)
Temperature range of oven is 50C above ambient to 2500C max and is controlled by Hydraulic Thermostat with an accuracy of +1/20C (approx). Temperature control knob is graduated in centigrade or optionally with Solid State Digital Temperature Controller Cum Indicator/Microprocessor based PID Temperature Controller Cum Indicator.
TEMPERATURE RANGE (INCUBATOR)
Temperature range of the laboratory Incubator is 50C above ambient to 700C max. Temperature is controlled by imported capillary type thermostat or optionally with Solid State Digital Temperature Controller Cum Indicator/Microprocessor based PID Temperature Controller Cum Indicator.
TEMPERATURE SENSITIVITY &CONTROL
Temperature inside the oven is controlled with a sensitivity of + 1/20C (approx) or better & temperature inside the Incubator is controlled with an accuracy of + 10C. The temperature inside the chamber is controlled either through Hydraulic type Thermostat or optionally through Solid State Digital Temperature Controller Cum Indicator or micro-processor based temperature controllers cum indicators (optional)
VENTILLATION
Air Ventilators are placed near the top of the both sides to remove hot gases and fumes if any.
FRONT CONTROL PANEL/POWER REQUIREMENTS
Front panel of unit comprises of On/Off switch, heating Indicator, mains indicator lamps & Temp controller. Suitable to operate on 220 V, 1phase AC supply.
