Laboratory Incubators are elegantly designed and fabricated to suit various applications in ever-growing field of Medical, Agricultural and Industrial Research, for day to day heating, drying, incubation etc., in Laboratories, Hospitals & Industries.
STANDARD FEATURES
BASIC CONSTRUCTION
Bacteriological Incubator is a double walled convection heated unit. Outer Chamber/body of the Incubator is fabricated out of thick Mild Steel Sheet/PCRC sheet duly pre-treated with primers for rust proofing and attractively powder coated for durability. The inner chamber is made of heavy gauge high Grade Stainless Steel sheet Or Aluminium. The gap between the walls is filled with special grade mineral glass wool, which ensures maximum thermal efficiency in laboratory Incubators. Inner chamber of the Incubator is provided with ribs which facilitates placing of the shelves or trays at convenient levels. Front double walled door is insulated & is incorporated with a Glass window so as to view the
specimen without disturbing the Inner chamber conditions. The door is lined with Quality gasket & is provided with lock and key arrangement.
Door is provided with a heavy duty handle. Air Ventilators are placed near the top of the both sides to remove hot gases and fumes if any. The unit is provided with Aluminium or Stainless steel Wire Mesh shelves/Trays. Panel consists of Built in L-shape thermometer, pilot lamps and on-off switch. Suitable to work on 220V/230 Volts, single phase, 50 Hz, AC supply.
HEATING ELEMENTS
Heating elements are made of high quality nickel/chrome plated ni-chrome wire which are put inside beads or porcelain cups and placed at the bottom and in both the side ribs for uniform temperature all over the inner working area.
TEMPERATURE RANGE
Temperature range of the laboratory Incubator is 50C above ambient to 700C max. Temperature is controlled by quality capillary type thermostat or optionally with Solid State Digital Temperature Controller Cum Indicator/Microprocessor based PID Temperature Controller Cum Indicator.
TEMPERATURE SENSITIVITY
Temperature in the Laboratory Incubator is controlled with an accuracy of + 0.5/ 10 C
VENTILLATION
Air Ventilators are placed near the top of the both sides to remove hot gases and fumes if any.
FRONT CONTROL PANEL
Front panel of our unit comprises of On/Off Toggle switch, heating Indicator and mains indicator lamps, controller.
POWER RQUIREMENTS
Suitable to operate on 220/230 V, single phase, 50 Hz, AC supply.
