PRODUCT APPRAISAL

Circulatory water bath is used for varied laboratory applications as well as general tests and procedures in variety of research & testing laboratories. Most suitably designed & conceptualized for general tests and procedures in variety of research and testing laboratories. Apart from that, these water baths have a variety of usages in tissue culture applications, enzyme reaction studies, growth observation studies, fermentation analysis and many other general and specialized applications in various laboratories.

BASIC CONSTRUCTION

Circulatory Water Bath is a sturdy, robust double walled heating unit. Outer body of the Water Bath is constructed out of thick Mild Steel /PCRC sheet duly pre-treated with primers for rust proofing and painted with long lasting powder coated. The inner chamber is made of heavy gauge satin finish corrosion resistant Stainless Steel sheet. The gap between in the walls is filled with high grade mineral glass wool which ensures maximum thermal efficiency & avoids any thermal loss. The unit is provided with a Circulating Pump & a Top Stainless Steel Cover. 

TEMPERATURE (HEATING)

An efficient Heating system is provided in the unit. Quality Immersion Type heating element of suitable wattage is placed at the bottom of the chamber for throughout uniformity of the temperature.

STIRING ARRANGEMENT

An efficient Circulation Arrangement with the help of circulation pump with suitable displacement capacity is incorporated in the bath

SPEED REGUALTOR

Speed regulator is provided on the front panel to control/regulate the circulation speed.

TEMPERATURE RANGE “HEATING ARRANGEMENT”(CONTROL & SENSTIVITY)

Temperature Range of the serological Bath is 50C above ambient to 950C& is maintained with Electronic Solid State Digital Temperature Controller Cum Indicator with a sensitivity of + 10C /(Optional) Microprocessor PID controllers have an accuracy of + 0.2/0.50C

In addition to the above facilities, Hermetically sealed high performance compressor works efficiently to lower the chamber temperature. An energy efficient cooling unit is incorporated in high precision bath so as to enable studies at low temperatures. Temperature Range of the Bath is 50C to 900C& is maintained with Electronic Solid State Digital Temperature Controller Cum Indicator with a sensitivity of + 10C

FRONT CONTROL PANEL

Front control panel consists of Indicator Lamps for Heating and Mains, On/Off Switch, Digital Controller or PID Controller (Optional).

POWER REQUIREMENTS

Suitable to operate on 220 Volts, 1 phase, 50 Hz, AC supply.

ADVANCED OPTIONALS

  • Auto Process Control Unit. This is an advanced feature comprising of Microprocessor based PID Temperature controller cum Indicator with In Built Digital Timer with Buzzer (Optional). Temperature is     controlled by Dual Display PID Controller exhibiting PV (Process Value) and SV (Set Value). Once the Set Value is achieved the Digital Timer starts functioning & the equipment now functions for the process/time Set by the user or as required by the user & on completion of the process switches ‘off’ the heaters automatically & gives a Buzzer sound indicating that the process is complete.
  • Port for Computer Interface
  • Data Logger for Data Acquisition to log in temperature related details pertaining to Water Bath by means of RS 232 interface
